This program is designed to prevent mold from growing in your facility.  If you have a quarterly preventative detection (exact frequency of detections can be modified to suit needs of the facility) this will enable you to prevent mold if it has grown from becoming a major health concern.  After the initial investigation is completed, you are eligible to enroll in our preventative maintenance program. 

When you are enrolled in the Preventative Maintenance Program we will inspect your facility initially at full detection rate, then provide you with a 12 month payment program to inspect your facility quarterly and provide up to two emergency detections per year at no additional cost.

After the initial enrollment your yearly enrollment will be automatic until a 90 day notice is given to Mold Masters by the facility owner/manager.

In addition we will provide you with a certificate that can be displayed showing that you are enrolled in this program and date of last detection.

An emergency detection would be a detection performed approximately 7 days (this is due to the fact that most highly toxic molds have a longer growth period) after water damage has occurred ( I.E. broken pipe, roof leak) that had to be handled by a water damage technician.
