1) What is covered in the detection & investigation?
The
during the initial investigation we examine the
exterior of the building, document the whole process
with digital photos, and examine the interior of the
building from the attic as needed to the basement. We
also take moisture readings during our investigation.
Afterwards a summary of
findings, disk of unaltered digital photos, and
recommendation will be mailed out to you. We require
payment at the time of the investigation but can take
these credit cards: Visa/MasterCard/American Express.
2) How much does
it cost?
We currently charge
$495.00 for the first two hours and $95.00 per hour
beyond that, and some travel
charges may apply. Prices are subject to change.
3) How long will
the inspection take?
Typically an
investigation takes one to two hours, actual times
will vary depending on size of building and access to
areas that need to be checked. More time will be
needed if samples are taken.
4) What
certifications or professional affiliations does your
company have?
Our owner/operator is
a certified AMRT and CMR in mold remediation, Water
Damage Restorative Drying Specialist, and the company
is a member in the IICRC and IAQA. Our owner has also
had much experience working in flood damaged areas
such as the Grand Forks Flood. He has also owned and
operated successful cleaning businesses for over
30 years. We are
always undergoing training to maintain and provide the
best quality of service for our customers.
